Woodpecker’s NEW X-Star Wireless Curing Lamp<\/strong> uses 13 LED chips: 8 blue, 1 violet and 4 white (for the new Diagnostic mode).<\/p>\n

The uniform beam<\/strong> promotes the complete reaction of the photo-initiator within the resin improving the curing efficiency.<\/p>\n

Output at a light angle of only 8.5\u00ba<\/strong>, ensuring perfect depth curing with its most focused beam.<\/p>\n

It has collimated radiation technology<\/strong> optimizing clinical results by offering a uniform and concentrated beam of light<\/b>, which ensures that the intensity is constant from the center to the edges, guaranteeing homogeneous curing<\/b> and avoiding failures. Thanks to its ability to penetrate more efficiently<\/b> into the deep layers of the resin (greater depth of polymerization) and the lower loss of energy<\/b>, efficiency and reliability are increased, minimizing the risk of partial cures, marginal leaks or postoperative sensitivity in restorations.<\/p>\n

The X-Star Pro<\/strong> has the “Pulse” output mode<\/strong> that generates less heat<\/strong> while ensuring a polymerization depth of more than 3mm in just 5 seconds<\/strong>. The heat of this working mode is reduced by 20% compared to the constant heat output.<\/p>\n

In addition, it incorporates the “Diagnostic” <\/strong>mode that provides white light illumination for clinical diagnosis, evaluate lesions, detect hidden cavities and observe possible defects in the teeth before or during treatment.<\/p>\n
