The Woodpecker Surgic Touch LED ultrasonic surgery electric piezo is a state-of-the-art bone surgery device that offers great advantages to both the professional and the patient, capable of making micrometric cuts for minimally invasive surgeries (3.5mm long x 0.5mm wide) that reduces the surgery area to the maximum, generating less inflammation after surgery, facilitating osseointegration, and therefore, facilitating a faster and less traumatic postoperative recovery for the patient. Thanks to its real-time feedback and selective cutting, patient safety is guaranteed. No cutting effect on the soft tissue (neural, blood vessels, mucous membranes…), which prevents any type of injury during surgery, and therefore, can protect the vascular nerve of the operated area. Its large 7″ Screen / Display offers a simple and intuitive interface that allows you to see and control everything you need to perform the surgery in 3 simple steps: select the working mode, adjust the irrigation flow and start the surgery. The HB-1L handpiece with ultrasonic technology and 360º LED lighting, generates very little heat during cutting and the irrigant quickly cools the work area, ensuring that the temperature is kept below 38ºC, and rinsing the work area during surgery, thus minimizing bleeding and providing the professional with a clear view of the work area. Stirreable at 134ºC. Apart from having 3 working modes (described below), it is worth highlighting the Self-Cleaning Mode. Silent and integrated peristaltic pump, completely isolated and with front access.

• Cutting ModeDepending on the patient’s bone density, you can select the power (7 different levels depending on the type of bone) and the volume of water.
  • • Level 1 & 2 | Porous bone: Recommended for bones with low bone density / poor cortical bone.
    • Level 2 & 3 | Type III bone: Recommended for bones with uniform bone density / Good cortical bone.
    • Level 3 & 4 | Type II bone: Recommended for bones with high bone density / Elevated cortical bone.
    • Level 5, 6 & 7 | Type I bone: Recommended for bones with high bone density / Large cortical bone.
