The tip has 12 micro-grooves, for good cutting ability. The toe-and-fro movement of the tip increases its efficiency. For non-irrigated operation, select the “work for 5 to 10 seconds, then stop for 2 seconds” mode and water every 60 seconds to refrigerate and rinse. -
