Kit de lima endodoncia InnoTaper movimiento continuo
“Progressive control in continuous rotation”
Variable taper: InnoTaper includes a series of “forming” and “finishing” files, all designed with variable taper, bringing greater cutting efficiency and ensuring smoother instrument transitions.
Optimized Design: The optimized cross-sectional design significantly increases the debris capacity. Combined with a step-through design, it provides more efficient debris removal, ensuring a smooth and effective cutting process.
Improved Durability: InnoTaper uses advanced heat treatment technology, offering exceptional flexibility and improved fatigue resistance, ensuring efficient and long-lasting performance.
Safe Guide Tip: InnoTaper’s safe guide tip offers exceptional centering ability, reducing the risk of deflection and lateral perforation, improving safety during preparation.

Procedure:

- Explore the canal using K #10 and #15 files.
- Use the file KP-E0-19 (28-DMITE019) to remove the triangular dentin projection in the cervical area, widening the orifice of the canal and creating a access in a straight line.
- Using a K file #15 or larger, determine the working length and confirm the permeability.
- Using the KP-E1-25 (28-DMITE125) file, move the instrument in a slow pecking and brushing motion to establish a glide path to the working length.
- (5.-8.) Using files KP-E2-25 (28-DMITE225) through KP-E5-25 (28-DMITE525), move the instrument in a slow pecking and brushing motion until the final shape of the duct is achieved at the working length.
